CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE ONLY BOOK THESE TIME SLOTS 9:30am 11:30am 1:30pm 3:30pm 5:30pm!!! ANY OTHER TIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED I will only work over my own work if you have previous work from another provider please have all enhancements removed before coming to your scheduled appointment. To secure your appointment, a $30 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your service total. Deposit Terms • Deposits are non-refundable. • If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. • If you provide at least 48 hours notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment. • Your $30 deposit may also be held on file to pre-book your next month’s appointment, upon request. • No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment without notice, 30% of the total service cost will be automatically charged to the card on file. Rescheduling Policy • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. Late Policy • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • There is a 15-minute grace period. • If you are more than 15 minutes late (even by one minute), your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
